Idea about the current research 09/24/2009

1 Apply correction of time when

1. r>1200 m, which means large tank distance
2. delta t smaller than 25 but larger than 0, which means it arrives early but not so early.

2 The correlation formula is
t new=residual-(240-1st_peak_bin)*25;

3 do take a look at the wave forms of which the first peak arrives early, to see if there is anything unusual

4 do think about how much chance we can see the second wave front.

Maybe it is buried in the signal, try to select them from the common ones, like only the stations
with two or more peaks are selected? try that.
