you will get this error

The solution
gyuan@zen:~$ sudo /etc/init.d/ntp stop
* Stopping NTP server ntpd [ OK ]
gyuan@zen:~$ sudo ntpdate-debian
10 May 14:15:10 ntpdate[14624]: adjust time server 91.189.94.4 offset 0.000043 sec
